Job Description :

1. Purchase samples from suppliers as required, follow up on orders, process and follow upon data related to products and suppliers
2. Responsible for price maintenance of materials in the SNOW system.
3. Inquire and download price information and BOM in SAP system and make comparison and analysis.
4. Communicate with suppliers, supply chain departments, etc. on contracts and other aspects of the procurement documents to review and assist in the completion of the work.
5. Organize and coordinate the activities of the Purchasing Department to support the needs of colleagues.
6. Controlling all the documentation related to Procurement Process (Material Requisition, Quotation, PO, Expedite the Delivery Time Confirmation from Supplier).
7. Regular updates on components AFSP, IIP from respective plant codes and maintaining updates in local SAP for the same along with Selling and Buying Prices
8. Support on updating BoM with latest AFSP/IIP kits and updating Finished goods Local for Local pricing summaries (AFSP FG and ICOS) as per format followed by Finance summary calculations per quarter
9. Maintaining statutory prices/std. prices for components, FG and lease + amortization (local for local factors) as per Finance guidelines

Job Qualification :

1. Full-time graduate student.
2. Guarantee at least full week as working under Non-FTE capacity with Procurement and marketing/Finance
3. Proficient in the use of Excel and other Office software plus data processing software SAP
4. Good in english reading and writing skills;
5. Careful, practical, reliable and responsible.
